Handover

Pre-settlement Inspection
At this stage, we require you to conduct a pre-settlement inspection of your home with a Mincove Homes representative.
Once this inspection has been completed, final payment is authorised at settlement by your lending institution.
Mincove Payment: 10%
Keys Handover
Once final settlement has been received, the final Occupancy Certificate is issued and finally, the Mincove Homes team have the pleasure of handing over the keys to your quality built Mincove Home.
