Trustworthy & Transparent
We’re trustworthy and transparent, meaning that we don’t have a head office in the city, we don’t employ hundreds of people, if you wish to speak to the person that designed your home, you can.
If you wish to speak to your selections consultant, you can. If you wanted to for whatever reason speak to the director of the company, you can. We don’t hide behind a corporate entity, we’re just local people building beautiful homes for other local people.

Terms & Conditions – Exclusions
- We will beat the tender price of any builder from our approved list of builders. The final decision on whether we will beat the provided price will be made by an authorised representative of Mincove Homes.
- The authorised representative of Mincove Homes reserves the right to refuse this guarantee under any circumstances they see fit.
- If agreed, we will endeavour to beat the initial tender price provided by you. Any revisions to the initial tender will be individually assessed by an authorised representative of Mincove Homes and we reserve the right to decline to retender.
- We will not build another builder’s plans, instead, we will suggest a comparable design from our ‘Easy Living’ range with a comparable layout & size.
- This is not a guarantee to match the inclusions provided by other builders as the quality and value of an inclusions is often open for interpretation.
- The ‘Price Beat’ tender provided by Mincove Homes is only valid for 7 days from the date of completion. If that time limit is exceeded Mincove Homes reserve the right to increase the cost of the tender upon revision.
- This offer is only available on designs suited to a maximum block split of 1200mm.
- Designs must be chosen from our ‘Easy Living’ range of homes.
- Our Price Beat Guarantee is not valid for any of our ‘Exclusive Collection’ designs.
