About the Home

The Meroo double-storey, four-bedroom contemporary home design has been prepared by the passionate project home builders of Mincove Homes in Illawarra, Wollongong, Shoalhaven, Nowra, and Southern Highlands. Although a project home at a very affordable cost, most of our clients happily claim that Meroo has allowed them to have a paradise that feels like it has been custom-built for them. The ground level of the Meroo design features an open layout for the exquisite kitchen that has a large island bar that can fit five people, a dining space for at least eight persons, a cozy living area which is great for entertaining guests and spending family moments together, a cool home theatre which is easily accessible through the entryway, an extra storage space under the staircase, a garage for two cars, a beautiful alfresco with a sliding door from the dining, a spacious laundry, an elegant WC with a vanity, and a luxurious master suite with an expansive walk-in robe and bath.
