James Harrod
Illawarra Specialist – Sales Consultant
James has gained valuable experience at every stage of his career, which he brings to his role at Mincove Homes. With first-hand experience in constructing new homes from his electrical apprenticeship, James spent a decade listing and selling homes in the Illawarra before spending three years in Europe with his wife. On returning home, James taught people how to use property as an investment tool, helping clients build an investment property portfolio for two years. With this wealth of experience, James now uses his knowledge to assist clients at Mincove Homes in building their dream homes.

Sales Associate
Lauren is a valued member of the sales team and assists clients from the 3 display home locations. Lauren has a wide knowledge of the build process and is always ready with a smile to assist.
