Instructions, promotion, and eligibility criteria constitute the terms and conditions of this offer. By submitting a deposit to initiate the construction of a new Mincove Home, customers automatically agree to abide by these terms.

The Promotional Period begins at 09:00 AEST on Tuesday, 3 October 2023, and ends at 16:00 AEST on Wednesday, 31 January 2024. The promotion’s extension or revision rests within the discretion of Mincove Homes.

To qualify for this promotion, participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Australia. The offer applies exclusively to new customers who place home deposits with Mincove Homes between Tuesday, 3 October 2023, and 31 January 2024. Recipients of the Travel Voucher must be individuals, not entities or organisations. Directors, management, and employees of Mincove Homes, affiliated agencies, trades, suppliers, service providers, and their immediate families are eligible to participate.

Eligible customers can redeem their Travel Voucher upon the completion of the construction’s slab stage. Redemption of the Travel Voucher requires communication with a representative from Mincove Homes and must occur within four months of slab completion. Only one Travel Voucher (for 2 adults) will be issued per customer deposit.

The Travel Voucher encompasses a 3-night stay for 2 adults at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort, Queensland, Australia. The voucher includes a Premium King Lagoon Ocean View Room, breakfast, luxury transfers from Hamilton Island, and return airfares ex Sydney (subject to availability). The Travel Voucher’s total value is $3,500 AUD.

The Travel Voucher is subject to blackout dates, including school holidays and festive periods. Mincove Homes will furnish a list of blackout dates upon request.

Mincove Homes is committed to accommodating guests unable to travel outside school holidays.  Travel during school holidays may necessitate a supplementary fee, with details provided upon request.

Customers can request variations to the Travel Voucher, such as extra days, additional guests, or departures from locations other than Sydney. Costs for variations will be determined by Stacey Arthur, the exclusive travel agent, and relayed to the customer.

To initiate the booking, customers must contact our dedicated Travel Agent. Once the booking is confirmed with the Travel Agent, they will invoice Mincove Homes for payment on the same day. Payment for the hotel and other components may be combined on a single invoice. Details for the Travel Agent will be provided after deposit and contract signing.

Mincove Homes assumes no responsibility for alterations or disruptions to travel plans post-booking confirmation. Mincove Homes is not accountable for costs incurred due to changes, cancellations, or delays. Mincove Homes holds no liability for losses, damages, or personal injuries relating to the Travel Voucher, excluding liability not excludable by law. Unclaimed Travel Vouchers will be managed according to NSW law if the customer remains unreachable.

Personal information collected will serve the purpose of administering the promotion and the customer home-building project. It may be disclosed to assisting contractors or agents. Participation in this promotion entails consent to collect and use personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and Mincove Homes’ Privacy Policy.

Mincove Homes is dedicated to making the rules of this promotion easily accessible and clear for all participants.

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The Travel Voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and it cannot be converted to cash. Mincove Homes reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion without prior notice. Mincove Homes may validate entries and participant identities. e) All Travel Vouchers remain the property of Mincove Homes.
