Our 3 Stage Process
Our dedication to making sure the process is smooth and enjoyable means that from the moment you meet us to the moment you move in, you’ll love building with Mincove Homes. Below are the details for those building a Mincove Home on their own land. Stage 1: Pre-Construction

Stage 3: Handover
Our team works closely with you to create preliminary drawings based on your requirements and your budget, ensuring you are happy with the design.
The fixed price tender is secured with a non-refundable initial deposit of $2,500, then Mincove Homes organises all the necessary reports and approvals for your home. You choose your inclusions, colours and any upgrades with the support of your Mincove Selections Consultant.
After finance authority from your lender, you will be introduced to your Mincoves Homes Construction Supervisor who will be your main point of contact throughout the entire build:
- Slab or footings stage
- Frame stage
- Brickwork stage
- Roof stage
- Fixing stage (plumbing, electrical and insulation)
- Final claim (painting, tiling and any other finishing touches)
Now your dream home is a reality and ready for a pre-settlement inspection with one of our team.
The final step is the issuing of an Occupancy Certificate and the part we all enjoy the most – handing over the keys to your new Mincove Home.
