Boasting two of our new designs, the CROOME & WERRI – these display homes are a must-see if you’re looking to build. Offering a stark contrast in style both of these designs showcase two very distinct visions – our Croome design which has been styled and built in a ‘Coastal’ theme, offering you a lot of texture throughout, complimented by light, fresh colours. Whereas our Werri design offers you a darker, elegant and more refined style. They’re a Yin & Yang combination that shows you how colours and selections can help set a mood throughout a home, it’s a lesson in styling & design – it will be sure to divide those who come to visit.


SINGLE STOREY – CROOME
Beautifully crafted from front to back, there are more than several reasons why our Croome design is one of our most popular! Coming in at 269.4m², the Croome maximises the livable space on its 450m² block. Designed to soak in ample amounts of natural light to the hallway, living and entertaining areas, the Croome is also complemented by a light, coastal colour scheme and 2.7m ceilings, allowing the light to bounce around the home and help accentuate the texture & features of this in-demand design. DOUBLE STOREY – WERRI
The Werri Display Home by Mincove Homes has been designed with form & function at the forefront of our minds. Behind its understated façade is an elegant, contemporary home designed to suit in any suburban setting. The design is distinctive but flexible, allowing for customisation to suit your family’s needs.
Upon entry into the home, the 2.7m ceilings instantly give you a sense of space along with the direct line of sight out to the rear of the home. The beautiful theatre room located on the ground floor is situated at the front of the home which allows for privacy in a home suited for entertaining. The kitchen is the heart of the home which opens out to an expansive alfresco through a few intelligently placed stacking doors, the scale of the rear living area allows copious amounts of natural light to flood the room – instantly making you feel right at home helping accentuate the connection between interior and exterior.
The open plan design positions the dining and living spaces either side of the elegant entertainers’ kitchen, making the spaces feel bigger as well as allowing the connectivity throughout the entire entertaining space. The ground floor of the home is also home to a spacious WC, well-equipped laundry & ample storage offered by both a WIL & under-stair storage.
